- If on the unlikely event that the tour selected is unavailable, alternative tours and / or departure dates will be offered. If nothing is suitable, payment will be refunded in full.
- Once the tour has been paid for and confirmed, cancellations fees are as follows:
- Up to 2 weeks prior to the tour commencing, 10% cancellation fee applies.
- Between 2 weeks and 48 hours prior to the tour commencing, 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Within 48 hours of the tour commencing, 100% cancellation fee applies.
